Picture shows an AMi standard 8.5m wide x 6.3m high baffle wall being tested, the low level flow apertures in the bottom of the wall were subsequently easily changed in both size and location for improved flow control Picture shows a standard AMi 5.2m wide 3.8m high baffle wall suspended approx 4.5m above the tank floor Picture shows a standard AMi 8.2m wide 3.5.2m high baffle wall suspended approx 1.0mm above the tank floor under construction. This project was a design and supply only and fitted by others to AMI issued construction drawings

The GRP Baffle Wall is a simple robust construction to the standard AMi design and suitable for tanks spanning up to 9.0m wide The baffle wall is particularly quick and easy to fit to a fully constructed tank and can be easily removed and repositioned as may be required a typical installation will take one or two days with a 3 to 4 person site crew. The walls consist of individual glass reinforced plastic (GRP) corrugated panels that span from wall to wall overlapping each other to create a wall of almost unlimited height.  The baffle is fixed to the concrete wall using slotted and bushed fixings to accommodate movement due to differential deflections in concrete walls during filling and temperature changes.  The baffle wall will be supplied with all necessary fixings.
