As simple as it sounds it doesn't just happen it needs managing through the design, manufacture, installation and hand-over stages. However what makes it a lot easier for us to do this is our well establish tried and tested supply team, as any project manager knows he or she is only as good as the weakest part of the chain.

So we at AMi Designs choose our suppliers very carefully and then get to know what they need and when they need it and we use that knowledge in every aspect of our project management. Of course we use the latest industry standard software to help us produce and present Cash flow profiles, Linked Bar charts, Schedules, Contracts, Specifications, Factory testing, Health and Safety... and the list goes on.
