The GRP Baffle Wall

The AMi baffle wall is a simple robust construction to the standard AMi design and capable of spanning virtually any tank width.

The baffle wall is particularly quick and easy to fit to a fully constructed tank and can be easily removed and repositioned as may be required, with a typical installation taking one or two days with a 3 to 4 person site crew.

The walls consist of individual glass reinforced plastic (GRP) corrugated panels that span from wall to wall overlapping each other to create a wall of almost unlimited height. 

The baffle is fixed to the concrete wall using slotted and bushed fixings to accommodate movement due to differential deflections in concrete walls during filling and temperature changes. 

The baffle wall will be supplied with all necessary fixings.
